Stephanie has over ten years training experience developing and empowering employees at all levels, equipping them for increased job performance.  She has worked with start-up companies as well as international corporations developing and implementing training programs for topics ranging from compliance issues to soft-skills.  Stephanie has used one-to-one, classroom, computer-based and non-traditional training methods for projects ranging from $5,000 to $2.5 million.

 

In addition to her training experience, Stephanie is a seasoned Administrative Executive providing direction to companies in various industries.  She has a proven track record of increasing revenue through the implementation of administrative policies and procedures.  Stephanie has designed, secured funds for, and implemented and managed new programs that enabled a West Coast company to double its customer base in less than two years. 

 

Stephanie also teaches career placement and employability workshops for various clients and Duke University.  Her workshops benefit all individuals from entry-level employees to CFOs enabling them to better understand the job search/career change process.  Topics range from basic resume/CV writing skills to impressive interview techniques to best practices for handling the honeymoon period at a new job.
