Values Assessments

 

An individual is often judged by what is seen of his behavior, that is, his actions and words.  However, what is not seen are the individual’s needs and values that shape their behaviors.  The TTI Personal Interests, Attitudes, and Values™ assessment helps identify the passions and motivations that propel a person into action causing him to be most effective in both his personal and professional life.  The report generated by this assessment is useful in hiring, coaching and mentoring.
